RETURNS POLICY

BEAUTY BREW COSMETICS will gladly accept returns of product/s purchased from WWW.BEAUTYBREWCOSMETICS.COM that are eligible for return.

As always, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@beautybrewcosmetics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

BEAUTY BREW COSMETICS is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees.

BEAUTY BREW COSMETICS is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offered the tracking services.

Once the return is received and quality checked, you will receive a refund for the item minus any shipping expense.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your package for items that are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped. Any item that is believed to be defective or damaged may only be exchanged for the same item. 

 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If eligible, you may return your order for a refund and place a new order online at your convenience.

Cancellations 

If you received a tracking number via email – you cannot cancel or modify the order.
